HOW TO SPOT A DOUCHE:

  • Thinks it has a right to your body because it finds it hot
  • Thinks it has a right to your body because you spoke to each other one time and you were being polite
  • Has a partner but goes behind its partner’s back by writing these stuff to you
  • Knows that you have a partner but it’s okay because “your boyfreind dosent need 2 know anything”
  • Calls you “hun” directly after you told it to stop calling you “baby”
  • Thinks that “no” means “please continue trying to talk me into it”
  • Tries negotiation, like “just 1 pic?” and “if you do this one thing, then I’ll leave you alone”
  • Feels like what it wants is worth more than what you want

Maybe my “boobs are like a phanomen”, whatever that is, but they are not for you.

Poor father sells all his land so 13-year-old daughter can enroll in microbiology master’s program in India
In a country where many girls are still discouraged from going to school, Sushma Verma is having anything but a typical childhood.
The 13-year-old girl from a poor family in north India has enrolled in a master’s degree in microbiology, after her father sold his land to pay for some of his daughter’s tuition in the hope of catapulting her into India’s growing middle class.
Verma finished high school at 7 and earned an undergraduate degree at age 13 — milestones she said were possible only with the sacrifices and encouragement of her uneducated and impoverished parents.
“They allowed me to do what I wanted to do,” Verma said in an interview, speaking her native language of Hindi. “I hope that other parents don’t impose their choices on their children.” (AP Photo/Rajesh Kumar Singh)

It’s my hope that in the future, women of color will be able to forge careers in STEM without the necessity of sacrifices or financial hardship. Sushma Verma’s accomplishments can hopefully light our way forward.

“Statistically, a woman is more likely to be hurt by a man than she is to ever be eaten by a shark, hit by a car, be attacked by a bear, crash in a plane, or be bitten by a spider. When a woman expresses fear of any of these events, she is still seen as a rational person. When I tell people that I am afraid of swimming in the ocean because I’m afraid of sharks, they accept it almost without question. But, when I tell people that I’m afraid of men, that men scare me more than sharks and spiders and freak plane accidents all combined, I immediately lose their respect. I am considered elitist. I am considered sub-human.”

I know that and thank you! Lol, I do try not to debate people who insist on being loud and wrong. They just want their opinion regurgitated back to them.

But dontneedfeminism gave you solid facts and proved you wrong the majority of the time. How is that having his opinion regurgitated back at you?

Well well well if it isn’t a male tumblr account with no profile picture sending me more garbage😒

Officer Darren Wilson’s gofundme has more money donated than Michael Brown’s memorial fund. White privilege at it’s finest.
I don’t usually post about stuff like this, but please share this in hopes of more people donating to Michael Brown’s family. You can find the gofundme page: here.

I feel sorry for Taylor Swift. It’s not her fault White culture is so bland. All that White privilege and her culture still bores her.

Get my culture off your fucking face.

Hi, can I just say that I have many stick on beads in different shapes that i wear all over my body and this particular day I just decided to wear them between my eyebrows and I am very sorry if I offended you but it isn’t meant in any way to be culturally appropriating. There is absolutely no need to be rude because I wore a fashion accessory that is, in fact, a FASHION ACCESSORY. I would never wear the original red dot as I believe that this would be culturally appropriating but I don’t see the problem with wearing a couple of stick-on beads (that were not bought being called a ‘bindi’) in a place that i thought looked pretty on my face?
also pls read this http://www.huffingtonpost.com/anjali-joshi/why-a-bindi-is-not-an-exa_b_5150693.html

Replacing an original with a copy created by the dominant culture, dilutes the original. The fact that you see a bindi as nothing other than a “fashion accessory” devoid all of it’s context and meaning.By commodifying the bindi, you’re removing the culture. The fact that I even have to explain this just proves that white people are so used to dehumanizing POC, that they don’t even realize they’re doing it. It’s like second nature to you people.

Wow, is Indian culture as fragile as a fucking soggy tissue?
Because this white girl actually just told you that’s it’s not even a bindi, it’s just some stupid plastic shit she stuck between her eyebrows.
Are Indians the only ones allowed to put facial decorations between their eyebrows now? It can’t occur to anyone else to do so? Because…

Like no one else ever is going to think to put paint or decorations on the flattest part of their fucking face. No, Indians are super original on that one, and anything similar MUST BE A BINDI, HDU.
You know what’s actually being diluted here? The idea that cultural appropriation can be damaging. Particularly for vulnerable and endangered cultures with few members to keep the authenticity of the source culture alive.
Please explain to me how a white girl sticking a piece of plastic to her face in the same spot as a forehead decoration from one of the most robust cultures on the planet is seriously harmful on any level.
No, actually, don’t. I’m sure your explanation will be stupid. Go back to being mad about white people eating burritos.

Thank you so much for that omg I am really bad at expressing myself but this is exactly what i was trying to say and I’m not very good at it so i just added a link instead! i tried i did try

Yeah and that’s why you used a bindi tag right? I’m not even shocked by your insensitivity.

Wait. I’m confused. Is this girl African?

She’s just extremely fucking ignorant.
