I don’t know about you but I saw Nicki Minaj’s recent posts on Instagram as commentary on the clear double standard between displays people’s reaction of white and black women’s sexuality. The last picture, the newly released cover of her new single “Anaconda”, has received some backlash for it’s display of Nicki’s behind.

Thoughts??Comments??

I think it’s because the other pics are of women in swim suits and apparently a woman’s tush in a thong swim suit is totally cool but a woman’s booty in a thong underwear is meant for her husband or whatever. But whatever, sits not like the world is ever fair to WOC.

It hurts me when women openly admit to being antifeminist. How are you “anti” yourself?!? How can you accept being objectified & considered inferior?

"a fairer, more egalitarian society"

You don’t have a monopoly on equality, and our movement doesn’t have insane man hating psychopaths.

Historically, women have been the oppressed gender and as a result, the term ‘feminism’ has come to be. feminism and egalitarianism are essentially the same thing. It’s merely the misandry that comes from the extreme side of the spectrum that gives feminism a bad name.
